Pros
I have worked at Car Keys Express for 3+ years. I have enjoyed the challenges and the career development, but more than anything I have enjoyed the people I work with. The company has experienced significant growth during my time here and it has been satisfying to feel as though I have contributed to that success. I am very happy here and have no intention of looking for other jobs. My only concern is that I have heard rumors about possibly returning to the office. I am worried that we may be required to return to the office for any amount of time. This is a HUGE concern for me for the following reasons…. -I am significantly more productive working from home. -The time I would have spent commuting is spent working currently, so returning to the office will cut short my hours worked by at least 1.5 hours per workday. -My best employees will likely quit if we have to go back to the office at all, which very negatively affects me and the company. -I have gotten a much better work life balance with remote work and I will start looking for another job if I lose that, even though I am genuinely very happy here. I wasn’t sure about remote work at first, but now I am realizing it is a non negotiable for me.
Cons
The only improvement I feel strongly about, aside from the maintain remote work, is improving benefits offerings. They are average to good, but it would be nice to see an improvement, if possible.
