Pay plan and pay plan changes every year Their response to Covid 19 was to just lay off everyone they could, besides the leadership team. Everyone else is taking a hit except them. They are laying back, collecting their checks. Nearly every company of name has their executives forgoing pay so the employees can keep getting paid, not at Car Keys Express. The executives think they are the most important part of the company, not the people that actually make the company the money.

time off, schedule, relationships you develop with other field employees, company car, company gas card, company cell phone

Cons

Horrible 'leadership' from upper management, bosses who can't make decisions or take action, constant pay cuts, terrible company culture, staff afraid to voice concerns or complaints due to fear of retribution, no honest communication

You don't take work home with you. Lots of support to do your job. Employee happy hours every month. Fun service events. Good benefits and time off. Dog friendly. Nice coworkers. Honestly, no complaints!

Cons

People complaining over things that aren't a big deal.
