      Pros

      This is a great company, that is fully remote! The leadership really understands how efficient we are at home and continue to be more productive than at the office and dealing with a commute ( esp with the current gas prices/inflation). It has really been helpful-I would take a hit mentally and financially if I had to drive to the new office location which is far from my home.

      Cons

      Benefits could be a little better, maybe offer a family/maternity leave policy! I understand when it was a smaller company, but we are big enough now to offer that to the employees. Maybe a little more direction from the leadership on the future of the company, it would be nice to know if we are definitely going to get to stay a remote company.

      For R&D salary employees: -Great amount of Vacation/PTO (and I've always been able to take off when I want/need to) -Very flexible workdays with the majority of employees working from home -Quarterly bonuses based on attainable goals

      -Being a smaller company, employees often have to wear multiple hats

      Pros

      In the 4+ years that I've been with Car Keys Express, I've been nothing but extremely satisfied with my employment and my career. I have received multiple promotions and annual pay increases above the national average. I've also gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working in numerous departments and across multiple brands and regularly get the opportunity to participate in key decision-making meetings that have a direct outcome on the direction and success of the company. In short, CKE has been a very rewarding career opportunity. CKE also has a great culture and the work/life balance is the best I've ever experienced in my professional career. The flexibility that comes from working from home is a huge perk.

      Cons

      I have no real complaints about working for Car Keys Express and have helped several friends apply for employment.
