Exposure to recruiting processes was useful.

Cons

It felt like nonstop pressure with no real guidance. Results were expected, but the path to achieve them was never explained. Instead of clear direction, employees are left guessing at every step. Over time, it becomes exhausting and frustrating, leaving no sense of real progress.

The day feels fast when you're always busy though it's terribly exhausting.

Cons

Duties include technical support and admin work which I personally is too much for one person to handle. Yet expectations were high and that also cause me a lot of stress where it shouldn't be. Long hours were exhausting, couldn't just leave today's work without completing all tasks. It's exhausting and brutal!

Working remotely is not just a preference for me—it is the single most important benefit of my role at Car Keys Express. I’ve heard indications that recent construction may be preparing for a return-to-office requirement, and I want to be clear that this would be a deal-breaker for me. If I am required to return to the office, I would choose to leave the company rather than comply. I have spoken with others who feel the same way. Remote work is a defining benefit of working here and removing it would have a direct and immediate impact on retention.

Cons

Leave the current remote structure in place. The company has performed exceptionally well in a remote environment, and there is no business justification for changing what is clearly working. Forcing a return to office would only undermine morale, productivity, and engagement—creating frustration where none currently exists.
