Pros

I’m here to the rescue! PLEASE take these negative comments with a HUGE grain of salt. I’ve heard about the poor sould who just wants to trash the company and the bosses b/c he was...well “not a positive person” and got fired, bolted, whatever. As far as the work environment goes? It’s not Disneyland (the park, not working there, because i hear working there blows) but it’s better than every other job I’ve had. It’s what you make of it people. Sure, I’d like free lunches but this is Louisville, not silicon valley, and this is not Google. I feel fortunate for what we have here and what that is--is PRETTY. DARN. GOOD.

Cons

Like I said, I'm here to the rescue so not too much other than 1) I’d like more direction from up top. 2) Parking could improve. 3) More paid holidays.

Has potential under real management. Promising business concept. Other than this, there is not much positive to be said.

It's extremely frustrating that this company wastes so much time and money on their appearance, rather than working on the root of their issues. Countless hours spent pouring over glassdoor attempting to discredit any and all reviews. It's sad really. The owner puts so much money into a "cool work atmosphere." Pool tables, couches, absurd architecture, foosball, all sitting and collecting dust while long-term employees are consistently told they aren't worth enough for a raise that they were promised when they were hired. There is no care for employees, contributions are never recognized, commitments are never honored. The fact that someone sits on here and argues with reviews should be enough proof that this place is filled with immaturity and ignorance. Please if you are considering a position here and you haven't already been scared away, proceed with Extreme Caution. This place is most definitely a waste of time and talent.

Ironic this "grow up" advice was dispensed by someone stalking a review site. It's the same person trying to discourage candidates and attack upper management, because he was released. These negative reviews happen clustered around the same time period. It’s a sad end to something that should have been done a long time ago. Pros

Overall I like the company and it's fast-growth vibe. When i was there there was a great bunch with only a few drawbacks--a few bad hires. Apparently one of them got fired finally and has contacted me, trying to get me to post a negative review. he's starting a smear campaign. He’s contacting former and current employees and trying to get them to fill this site with bad reviews. If anyone wants to see the email he sent me let me know. I like the place and a lot of my friends still work there. It's a friendly bunch. BTW I’m trying to get my job back there :)

Cons

No-rehire policy. No flex-time. Have to walk a block to park.
