Pros

You don't take work home with you. Lots of support to do your job. Employee happy hours every month. Fun service events. Good benefits and time off. Dog friendly. Nice coworkers. Honestly, no complaints!

Cons

People complaining over things that aren't a big deal.

" Account Manager "

Pros

It takes some time to get going but once you do Ok earning potential , good benefits, good coworkers , outside & about working conditions if your good with that - i liked it.

Cons

Not enough support while building a new route , it was a lot of hard work. But I made it work and started to see fruits of my labor Older vans were a pain to work out of way too small inside to perform the work required inside of them !

Our Account Manager have the unique opportunity to build strong long term relationships with their customers as well as their team members and Territory Managers. The company strives to standardize processes and activities- especially those involving our Account Managers daily activities. This helps to reduce the number of hours worked and gives our team a plan designed for success! With recent expansions on the Operations team, we are better positioned to increase mentoring and role playing sessions in support of route building. We do have Account Managers who work 45+ hours in a week; many of these employees are working more hours in order to earn even higher pay rates. As mentioned above, they are realizing the " fruits of their labor". In addition, there are newer Account Managers that work more than 40 hours a week in order to build their route and achieve their desired levels of success for the long run. At Car Keys Express, we’re looking forward to another record-breaking year, providing opportunities for the entire team - our greatest asset. Thank you for your dedication and leadership.
