      Fun and Challenging Recruiting Process

      Pros

      Employee referral program, dedicated recruiter supporting the process, dedicated scheduler to set interviews, panel interview with questions provided ahead of time, going above and beyond when necessary.

      Cons

      There was a little bit more to the process than originally revealed/discussed, and some back and forth on exactly how to proceed. That being said, the communication from the recruiter (Mike “Conso”) was great to navigate through it.

      Pros

      - good wlb - so far i've had the freedom to design solutions with whatever tools are best for the problem. I've already got some decent system design experience from working here - my team is diverse ethnicity and gender wise - annual performance bonus is pretty high - catered lunch and friendly in-office environment. engineering managers have not been strict about going into the office though

      Cons

      - company is not that innovative - for a while the engineering leadership didn't seem to have much of a plan. although lots of new leadership has been brought in and I think things will improve as they get up to speed
