Pros

A very helpful sales team that makes sure all SDR’s succeed. Fun and fast paced environment.

Cons

A lot of inbound calls would not be sales related so we had to deal with customers who were angry about their membership.

Pros

Awesome company culture, centered around collaboration. Compelling business/product vision with high upside. Endless benefits, perks, forms of compensation that leave me feeling like I am a valued employee.

Cons

While it is improving drastically, I still sense a disconnect between the employees and the execs. But that is honestly the worst thing I can say about the company.
