Business Outlook
Pros
Free lunch, snacks, gym membership. Subsidized transportation costs. Incredibly smart people, fun work culture. CEO has a clear vision for the company and C-Level has made great strides in being more transparent with employees.
Cons
People who need a clear path for professional growth may get frustrated here as teams and responsibilities are constantly being adjusted and changed as the company gets larger. Review process needs a lot of work (should be a 360 review that allows for management feedback). No 401K matching. New products/processes/systems take longer than they should to implement because of Engineering shortage, however this is actively being worked on by recruiting, so hopefully will be resolved soon.
