      Such potential...

      Pros

      Lovely people, great location, good business model, smart leaders.

      Cons

      HR is completely divorced from what the business needs. It's like they're on their own island checking off their to-do lists, when employees and managers and leaders actually need support and empowerment. They have no strategy, no real sense of purpose and no direction. And yet...the company is yearning for a solid and relevant people function to help drive change and growth.

      Pros

      This place is full of truly nice people. The sense of 'team' is real. Everyone is helpful, logical, and intelligent. It's very well-run, and leadership is transparent. Projects are well resourced and people actually care about each other. Compensation is great and very competitive.

      Cons

      Weekly a lot is going on and things move quickly. Steep learning curves. Not a ton of collaboration.
