      I've been here just over a year and have to say that CarGurus is the real deal and living up to the hype I heard during recruiting. Yes, the benefits and perks are amazing and save me a ton of time and money, but even when you take that stuff away, people are genuinely nice and good, and want you to do well. Leadership is very transparent and accessible, and they recognize good work. Everywhere you look there is a small detail that shows the company wants people to feel welcome and included.

      Cons

      I know this sounds like a cop-out but nothing worth mentioning in my case. Any minor annoyances I have are typical of working in any type of changing/growing company and not a big deal

      Decision making can be slow and arduous. It's something they are putting a lot of effort into changing, but it takes time.
