The people were great and you got paid pretty well for the work you did.

Cons

Management was borderline abusive and clueless. If it wasnt for the product the company would be screwed.

Pros

This place is full of truly nice people. The sense of 'team' is real. Everyone is helpful, logical, and intelligent. It's very well-run, and leadership is transparent. Projects are well resourced and people actually care about each other. Compensation is great and very competitive.

Cons

Weekly a lot is going on and things move quickly. Steep learning curves. Not a ton of collaboration.
