Great work environment- nice office space with a new one on the way Strong leaders - every manager has taken the time to help their employees as much as they can Strong sense of values- there really is a good work-life balance, there aren't any egos, and a heavy emphasis on showing recognition and thanks when and where it is due
Cons
Entry-level salaries are low There has been a stronger push to bring people back to office - take that as you will Some disorganization, such as explanation/ distribution of benefits(namely parking), some internal processes change so fast it's hard to keep them straight, some teams are still very short staffed Overall, a very liberal organization Boston traffic- if you're a commuter
