Supportive, can-do culture that rewards initiative. Has a startup vibe but with the stability of a profitable, publicly-traded company. Work is fast-paced and challenging. People are great and the workplace is drama free.

When interviewing at CarGurus, they really undersold how amazing of a company it is. I was treating my job offer as a back up due to this, as I awaited an offer from HubSpot and Datadog. It wasn’t until speaking with a rep on the team I would be joining, that I decided to take the job. So happy with that decision, such a great community at CGs. So fortunate for this to be my first job out of college, so many friends of mine just try to suffer thru the first year of first job to jump to the next. That is not the case for me, I really can’t see myself wanting to work for any other company. I have had the best manager who does a great job to lead/coach team and encourage promotions.
