Pros

Time off is “unlimited” for managers, holidays and weekends off.

Cons

Work life balance sucks. Working 12 hours a day, 5 days a week is tough. Especially with a one hour commute one way. High expectations for lower management while next level managers sit around all day at their desks.

Upper management is Never satisfied. You can never do a good job . It’s always why did you not get one more mentality
