Pros

Great people to work with, decent pay for the job. Opportunity for growth as long as you do things there way. Opening alot of new locations around the country so great for relocation.

Cons

Company doesn't promote from within, they would rather hire new folks from right off the street with no experience. Micromanagement is horrible, managers try to brainwash associates.

Reasonable compensation, Good benefits, Flexible Scheduling

Cons

Scheduling-no one wants to work nights/weekends, People who are not ready for management positions are promoted while hard workers are over-looked, Compensation is not commensurate with the production of the business, overworked
