Pros

LOVE my co-workers, upbeat enviornment, great employee discount on cars, benefits are OK

Cons

Micromanaged untill you are blue in the face, constant unpaid meetings and trainings, managements expectations on sales people are always unrealistic, no incentives or bonuses for hitting sales goals (unless your in management)

long hours are needed to make good money. You can only deal with the customers that are coming through the door or contact you

I have yet to discover anything that I dislike about the company thus far. Maybe it is the location I work at, or maybe I just love my job that much.
