      Good company, steady work, nice facility, great co-workers.

      Pros

      Steady work resulting in steady pay that can be counted on. Great retirement and matching from company. The shop is air conditioned and the shop equipment is up to date and top notch for the most part. Co-workers tend to be good, decent people because of pretty in depth screening on the front end.

      Cons

      Sick pay for production jobs is at a lower rate than your normal rate - not a big deal, but just seems like it would be an easy fix. The pay scale is on the low side - having said that the work is very steady.

      Pros

      Decent company to work for in terms of hours and pays slightly above minimum wage. Great college job to prepare you for corporate America.

      Cons

      Unfortunately has slid in terms of management and wages at the company are no longer keeping pace with the market.

      Pros

      Used to be an excellent work environment, team building, managers interested in your career.

      Cons

      Inadequate training. Current focus is on text book type recurrent training instead of hands on. Senior and Regional management too far removed from the sales floor to see what works effectively. Definite double standards between management and sales.
