Pros

the experience will shine on your resume, and definitely a wow factor. the company does pay a great deal of attention to internal communication, and form a sense of unity. overall the corporate culture is awesome.

Cons

as happening in every major corporate, it requires some deal of "care and handling" of what to say, what to wear and what to do on a day to day basis to secure the job.

Pros

Offers 401-k to part timers but will not allow health care even though our Government is pushing health care across the country.

Cons

Over staffed with salespeople. LGM blames corporate but hey, it's his store! Why hire more salespeople but the support staff remains fairly flat. To many salespeople makes each salesperson get a smaller paycheck . . .but HEY! He loves us! LOL
