Pros

flexable schedule and can pretty much call out at will before getting written up easy process and training. If you cant sell at carmax get out of the business no education needed if you can walk talk and drive a car you can do the job busy weekends always a great oppt to sell something pay is unlimited and play in the cars

Cons

100 percent commission same pay since 1993 dumb dumb dumb managers diveristy slow traffic during the week

Cons

Long hours, ok pay but low as far is industry is concerned fort a Service Writer. Alot of policies that arent strictly enforced but if you break one, bye bye. Depending on managment, they are very flexiable with attendance.

Cons

Need more work life balance. Need more store level input to corporate. Company undergoing cultural shift to more black and white. Not open to opinions.
