Pros

Coworkers are very nice, down to earth people. For a commission-based dealership, toe-stepping is minimal. Decent pay for a Job that does not require college degree.

Cons

Micro-management. Hard to advance in your career, since management is mostly hired from outside. Pay have not increased in years.

This company employs a cast of good hardworking people.

Cons

Growth opportunity is limited to those not part of the "in" crowd. All Senior Executives are middle aged, caucasian, atheletically built males.
