Purchase millions of dollars in inventory with personal accountability. Truly a merit based company. Given a chance everyday to shape the direction of the company. Spots are scare. Very rarely are there spots open in this department as most positions are filled by referrasl/recruitment from other Buyers.

Therefore the department company wide tends to be full of people that lean toward the Type A personality type. Competitive, confident, over achieving, workaholic.
