HAVE to work weekends. THEY think their training program rocks. It's pretty lame, but I guess they think they are trying.

Salary, Benefits, opportunities grow, work at your own pace, have fun listen music work on vehicles.

Cons

Management changes constantly, competition between co workers, having your opinion count is hard.

Pros

Customers are awesome and every situation is different, so you are constantly learning new things. Co-workers are great and it's a great team environment.

Cons

Commission only pay is very unpredictable. When business is slow, pay is down. Although the team environment is pretty good, you always have a few bad apples that only care about themselves. We are suppose to be a TEAM!
