Pros

They are spot on with the training program and are willing to train anyone no matter their prior background. It's a really fun and low pressure sales environment especially when sales are good.

Cons

Need to be willing to work long hard hours (60+) in order to make an average income for a commissioned sales representative. If your interested in a management position its much faster getting hired into the position. Otherwise expect to work on a career development path that could take several years and then waiting for a position to open could take a few more, especially if your not transferable.

It is a very friendly enviroment and a nice place for employees to work. Great place to advance your career

Cons

The hour are typical retail hours and that means working on weekends and holidays. But being in retail that is expected.
