Pros

They provide great training, Benefits are good. They corner the market in used car sales so you will always have customers coming in.

Cons

You pretty much understand that they will bring outside people for promotions, Very little make it from within. Company has grown to have over 7B revenue since 1993 and has yet to give its consultants a raised since 1993. Very low compared to the rest of the industry.

Pros

Good benefits. Great co-workers. Closed Sundays, 5 day work week. Strong company financially and an award winning Buisness model.

Cons

Trying to advance is like pulling teeth. All commission. No salary whatsoever. Way too many reports for us to keep track of. Training is very detailed but gets over done.
