Pros
Currently, we're in a work-from-home arrangement but our schedules, meetings, and general work-life balance are great. My teammates are all really cooperative and stick to deadlines in projects. Our team leaders and department heads are also great at coming up with activities and exercises to test our independence, teamwork, and management skills. The human resource department also comes up with great, interactive, and engaging activities for employees every month. The office also really looks great. Overall a great environment and network of people to work with.
Cons
I had applied for a content writer position before the pandemic and I thought the office would be located in Mandaluyong. I was then informed that they plan on moving to Bonifacio Global City. I initially applied because I thought it'd be closer to home, but moving cities was part of my long-term plan anyway so it's all good.
