Pros

Above average salary. Lots of bonuses. (Mostly) great people. Fun outings. Monday's off, but work on Saturdays. Not a bunch of work and the environment is very relaxed for most of the employees (excluding management), people work probably 2-3 hours a day even if it's the normal 8-hour work day.

Cons

Some people are under qualified for their jobs, including middle management. Not a lot of screening when they hire people for important jobs. They don't motivate talented people on the team a lot, most people get jaded after a while. The actual job itself, working on and selling car parts online, is particularly boring if you're not into automobiles. Lots of layoffs, but that comes with any company.
