Ambiance is good. Employees are great.

Cons

Company have had 3 retrenchments during my stay. May have another one if the sales go down. Stability is not assured.

Decent Benefits. Will take care of you as long we you are performing and working with priority projects. You'll be exposed to different technologies - industry standard, open-source or emerging. Salary is good.

Cons

Long working hours. Deadlines can be tough especially for priority projects. You could be assigned to multiple-projects at the same time and task switching is really challenging. Health benefits can be improved more.
