Friendly competition between co-workers, great work atmosphere and everyone is nice and supportive of each others work, constant constructive criticism is giving from management to help you improve work, bi-weekly to monthly meetings to help share company news and positive changes for the better, great weekly bonuses available for people to earn for their hard work

Cons

Not that many parking spots available all the time, office chairs are not the best to sit in all the time
