Carsense is a big family. We are always looking out for our coworkers and especially our guests. We are always looking to bring more people in and grow them. You see, we don't just recruit great people, we build great people. This company is one that saved me from a lifetime of bad jobs, bosses, and companies. They say people don't quit jobs, they quit bosses. Here, we always aim to promote from within. Many of our general managers and executives have worked their way up from lot attendant and sales positions. This is what makes them servant leaders; they never forgot where they came from and understand how to interact with all associates. Micromanaging does not exist here. Bottom line is, if you want to work for a company that values your ideas, opinions, and honest hard work, this is the place for you.

CarSense is a fantastic company. Everyone cares about each other. It is truly a family environment. CarSense has never failed to do the right thing for its employee's and its customers. Recently there have been many hard decisions to make with the recent outbreak of COVID-19. Upper management and the executives worked around the clock to find solutions to help every single person in each building. After the furlough process they kept all of their employees informed with the CEO sending out normal update videos. The call back to work process was seamless as well. They've kept us safe through the whole process making sure we have the proper PPE (gloves, masks, sanitizers, etc.).
