going nowhere because leaders don't care

Pros

great benefits and some awesome people

Cons

Abysmal senior exec team that can't make decisions or execute. Worse is the shocking lack of interest in making decisions or executing- combined w/ no willingness to see warts. No accountability. VPs always out of office - never around. Maybe they're making the most of it before the place is shut down. And don't offer your opinion even when they ask - will bite ya.

First year at Caradigm has been exciting

Pros

1. I left Microsoft and haven't looked back. My experience has been positive. The team I work on works well together. The team has worked plenty of hours over the past nine months which is understandable as we are standing up a new company. In addition my director and CXO acknowledge the work and show their appreciation. 2. In our first year we implemented a Caradigm Cares Community Giving Program that was successful. 3. Majority of people I work with day to day are excited to be part of the team.

Cons

With any startup there is lots of change of which I have enjoyed.
