Pros

The people working in the kitchen at Mox Boarding House are awesome. The environment is professional though relaxed, the employees have a good time. Communication is usually clear and straight forward, the kitchen is well run and the layout / workflow is solid. Pay checks are delivered every Friday.

Cons

Hours sometimes suck due to Mox being a restaurant. There could be more of a formal process for new hires.

Pros

It's a small company, so they are very personal. Nice neighborhood, fair hours, fun group to work with. If you need extra hours, the company is always growing and giving you more opportunities for growth.

Cons

Papercuts. The company is growing quickly, so the space is getting tight. Not a lot of parking, but it is on a main bus line.
