good work life balance and decent benefits

Having joined shortly before and continued working through and after the COVID lockdowns, this company has been one of the few that has wholly embraced the work from home culture. They have practically tried getting people out of the office, where only the bare minimum staff is on site as-needed. The company is incredibly accommodating while I've been here, especially during the year and a half I was taking care of my mother. This company does provide plenty of options to grow and move up, however they don't just hand out department transfers; you definitely need to prove your worth and work hard to show you're worthy of whatever department you're looking to get to. There's a bunch of time you're working separately but together, and most managers I've encountered are overall hands-off. Mistakes are actually opportunities for you to learn and grow, as opposed to other companies that treat mistakes as a chance to hold your employment over your head. If you work hard, they reward you. If you're lacking, they would sooner find a way to build you up to something better than get rid of you - something I've never seen in a company up until now. I consider salary compensation to be pretty good. I've seen people claim it's low, but having worked in other jobs, I consider this to be much, much higher than what I've seen elsewhere.
