Great coworkers, AWFUL management.

Pros

Employees are very close. Everyone is friendly and caring. The Doctors are great!

Cons

Management plays favorites. They have "moles" spying and reporting on the employees they just do not care for and need ammo to fire them. Benefits are horrible and no appreciation is shown for hard work.

Pros

Comradery amongst some staff. This is really the only pro for working for this company so "buyer beware". This company is typically a jumping off point for new graduates, they will hire any "warm body" per management.

Cons

Extremely low pay, no breaks, no lunches, incredibly over worked staff. Incompetent management, CEO and ancillary staff. This company does not give a rip about it's staff, and it shows. This company is failing financially and has been for awhile. No pay raises.

Leadership is not supportive, responsive, or strategic. Do not have a culture of any kind. Leaders refuse to deal with root causes of issues.
