Pros
I get a fat extra check every month from profit sharing, dont have to put my own money in 401K, have great co-workers, schedule allows plenty of time off, all of management worked their way up the ladder, advancement opportunities for those who work for it. Effective training, Supervisors and Managers generally pretty cool and involved.
Cons
Low starting wage, but money comes in time with effort. Long 12 hour days, but results in long weekends, Have to work with some slackers that never seem to get fired. Lots of turnover with new employees. Lots of people complain about high deductable medical, works great for me.
