Pros

Plant manager is a great person, the whole facility is very clean. Good communtication on what tasks need to be completed.

Cons

Poor healthcare and poor management besides plant manager. Employee voices are not heard. Yearly wage upgrades are on the low side.

Very close knit family of workers, fairly low turn over

Cons

Only a few females in a management role. If you are not part of the "in" crowd you had better just get it over with and leave. Don't come in straight out of college unless its in engineering, most people in management have either come from ceramic engineering or worked their way up from the floor.
