Good if you are related to someone who works here. If you are not you are just screwed.

The pay is just outstanding. Always hit profit shares goal. Loved HSA

Cons

The biggest problem I saw here was the co workers. Seems like everyone working at this plant is related be it cousin's or inlaw. Also shift's rival against one another. I noticed certain people would get special treatment. There was power being abused. Night shift supervisor was verbally abusive to certain employee's. This plant had to take a class to learn how to get along with eachother. Just unbelievable.

It's a pay check. Puts food on the table. The equipment is cutting-edge

Cons

Not very good at treating employees like people. It is all about the numbers. Insurance is horrible. It's blamed on health care, but the company picks what insurance they will give its employees. Upper management get treated very good.
