Pros
You can work pretty much all the overtime you want.
Cons
It's hot. It's physically demanding, And you have to wear a sweater, gloves, and a bump cap. The pay is about average. Management is bad. Unfair promotion practices, higher positions are rare and usually go to unqualified people based solely on them being friends/family with someone. The health insurance is garbage unless you are someone who doesn't need health insurance.
