The stress in our world is 100% real, but always remember that everything you do each day impacts the day and life of someone you probably haven't even met yet.       Pros

      Cardinal has tons of opportunity for growth which is great. The compensation is reasonable for what the job description is. The 3 west campus properties in Austin are very beautiful buildings.

      Cons

      You won't be able to request time off in August, but that is to be expected at any student housing community.

      A little disorganized on the conventional side Help Desk isn't always so helpful It can take a looonnnggg time to get things completed depending on the department you request assistance from

      Love the advice about the differences between SH and conventional and how that can muddy the waters when we're talking training. With new products types coming on the horizon it's absolutely a prescient observation. I think you are going to like what's coming down the pipe here on the conventional side, but also want to take this chance to say YOU ROCK!
