I do not really have any cons. I work at a property that requires a lot more however, I truly am grateful for my community manager! It's all worth it with the right team!

Unfortunately, with any multi site company, it's hard to extend the coportate culture to the on site team members. I hardly had conversations with my ops team, even after multiple attempts to address concerns with our onsite management. I also was not given an exit interview upon my resignation, although I provided a proper notices and attempted to acknowledge unrest and issues during the time. I believe better communication between the ops team and on site management can lead to better trust and support for all team members.
