      Hearing from someone on the grounds team is the clearest snapshot into the health of the organization. You are literally the person on site who takes personal ownership over the feelings a resident gets when they come back to their home after dealing with the challenges of their day. Here's hoping that as time goes by, we can work together through voices like yours to earn that 5th star!

      Pros

      Upward mobility is good until you reach Community Manager position, DEI is very active and runs deep in this company. Onsite hiring is left largely to the CM which allows amazing teams to be built.

      Cons

      inconsistencies with instruction, constantly changing operational and reporting expectations, raises are hard to come by and cost of living adjustments disguised as "merit bonuses" are far from guaranteed and do not keep up with local inflation/CoL
