We changed that by flipping the narrative and opening roles where after learning your own passions, you can actually apply your true, whole self to something that benefits others.       We got most holidays off.

      Cons

      After Cardinal bought the property I worked. Not only did I lose my discount on rent, but my commission was also decreased by percentage as well. Did not make me want to stay with the company, so I left.
