      Ok Job, started as full time leaser, made good money

      Cons

      Upon promotion to LMTL my pay went down $10k/year, as I did not have time to lease with the many more responsibilites on my plate. It's absolutely unreasonable as an LMTL to think you'll be able to make the same as you did as a full time leaser

      You're hitting on a theme that we're becoming very aware of. There's so much that goes into the overall payroll in our industry from base pay to commissions to stay bonuses, etc. I wanted you to know that we've heard you and have taken major steps to make sure each position is equitable.       Pros

      I work alongside amazing people who work hard. The best idea wins and everyone's voice is heard. Cardinal is a company that defined itself through its core values, and these values are used on a daily basis by those who bring their passion and determination. Great leaders, great teams, great people!

      Cons

      You may not believe this but I truly don't have any to note. The hours can be long and the work can be tough, but if you're in property management that shouldn't be news.
