Pros

I have loved my time with Cardinal so far. Absolutely love HQ (corporate staff) and the way they interact with their team members. They truly want each team member to succeed the best way possible. My PSM, Andrew, is truly amazing. Quick to answer questions, provide recommendations, and support when needed! Also, tons of room for growth and development within the company!

Cons

We've had a lot of issues site level that I feel HQ doesn't really care to address as long as your community is doing well. There's a lot of turnover in this industry, so team members come and go very often. There's many people from HQ that provide support, yet others just want to mold you into exactly what they want you to be. My trainerfrom HQ didn't care to get to know me or my leadership styles or ideas at all.

Pros

Cardinal group is a great company to work for. All of my coworkers are extremely supportive of me. They all seem genuinely happy when I walk into work. They are supportive and acknowledge your accomplishments and successes while also recognizing and acknowledging your mistakes. When mistakes are made, they look at it as a learning opportunity.

Cons

Being a part-time team member, it is difficult to follow all of the potential clients. When I am not in at work every day, it is hard to pick up where things were left from the day before.

You've hit on a really important thread in the industry as a whole. Even though there are systems that allow multiple people to interact with the same client, it doesn't exactly mean that the personal relationships you've developed can be mutually exclusive. I'd chalenge you to start thinking of ways to bridge that gap and share them with the rest of us. Remember, everyone here has a voice and this is a great first step in using yours!

Completely agree with everything you have said here. The industry as a whole is one heck of a game of tug o war between proforma and actual market conditions. You've made some great suggestions here that will be escalated. Diversity is something on which we agree as well. Without a strong group of diverse people, all working in the same direction, we'll never have truly inspirational thoughts. While the organization as a whole is quite diverse in terms of gender, ethnicity, religious and personal background, we completely see gaps in on-site teams that need to be filled. Your voice is loudly heard on this one.
