      Really appreciate your review and can absolutely empathize with the challenges of living on-site. The hardest part of this industry is that we literally live in our product. It's not something that we sell to a customer then wave goodbye, it's a 24/7 commitment to the safety, well-being, and general happiness of others. That type of commitment can definitely be taxing, especially when you live on-site.       Culture, connection, accessibility, involvement, Growth opportunities, Benefits package always improving (really great now!)

      Cons

      We have some growing pains, but we are always empowered to solve any problems - these often get turned into an SOP or a guideline for the company.

      Cardinal Group is amazing. They stand by their core values and truly care about all of their employees. The company is very inspiring andI love their culture. They are the best company I have ever worked for. I have a great operations team that is very supportive and multiple resources I can reach out to when needed. I love my job and I feel so blessed I have been given the opportunity to work for the best company and with so many amazing people.
