      Ok Job, started as full time leaser, made good money

      Cons

      Upon promotion to LMTL my pay went down $10k/year, as I did not have time to lease with the many more responsibilites on my plate. It's absolutely unreasonable as an LMTL to think you'll be able to make the same as you did as a full time leaser

There's so much that goes into the overall payroll in our industry from base pay to commissions to stay bonuses, etc. I wanted you to know that we've heard you and have taken major steps to make sure each position is equitable.
