      Pros

      Cardinal is an innovative and progressive company that is taking property management to a whole new level! The company is growing fast, so it is very challenging and rewarding place to work, that provides Team Members lots of opportunities to grow and advance their career! The culture is AMAZING! We definitely keep hard work FUN!

      Because it us a growing company, the hours can be long, but it is worth it because you know you are a part of something BIG!

      Pros

      Culture is alive! All team members have fun, work hard and lean on one another. Promote from within to those who prove themselves and work hard. Team always is pushing barriers and trying new things in the industry.

      Cons

      Work life balance can get hectic during big months and some team members do not take advantage of great PTO policy.

      Pros

      Great culture. Can feel how corporate staff actually cares feels for property staff. Really strive for doing the right thing for staff, residents & clients alike....feel like I've found where I want to stay until I retire.

      Cons

      Very little holidays. Little pto. No separate sick time.
