      Pros

      Flexibility in hours. Weekend/evening/late night availability. Good Pay. Events are entertaining. Management does not micormanage. Prefers independence and give a high level of responsibility and is extremely kind, warm and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Often work over event end hours due to events taking longer to finish/cleanup than anticipated/booked -- but that's just part of the job. Some patrons try to get away with violating agreement terms with regards to noise restrictions and cleanup times and cleanup in general (especially taking trash down to bins). You have to be kind but firm. But overall they are all very sweet.

      Pros

      Young and exciting company. I was a leasing and marketing team lead, the company flew all of the leasing team leads to their HQ in Denver for a 3 day leasing summit. I appreciated all of the time spent on training.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains. It seems that the young company bit off more than they could chew. Once the training ended it seemed that their was little support there after. There is only so much the HQ team can do, it's really up to the onsite teams to follow through with the training. In my case, I believe we had a very weak onsite team. Everyones experience will vary, this is dependent of the onsite team and ownership group of the property. I would love to see Cardinal Group succeed in the future.
