Good investment in new techonology and frameworks. Working from home. Life and work balance helps.

Cons

Very opinionted leaders, stops collaboration and growth. Funding strategy waste a lot of money by letting go people with a lot of knowlage of the company stack, then hiring new people so then we start over with training and KT's
