      Generally, everyone is happy to sit down and talk to any person as a networking oppurtunity. There is a collaborative environment instead of an every man for themselves mentaility. The executive suite also seems to have realized that instead of laying off "normal" employees during times of finanical hardships - they "reorganize" and eliminate "VP or higher" positions. I think this is smarter and ensures there is no mass exedus from the company.

      Cons

      This company is vast and segmented off to so many different businesses that sometimes it feels like a totally different company when you work cross-functionally with another business. Coporate politics is alive and well mostly in at HQ but can be felt in the field as well.
